Pizza Night!!!

I’ve been working on pizza for the home kitchen for decades. I feel like I’ve finally found the ticket to getting a crisp, beautiful pie covered with the tastiest toppings using your home oven. I’d really love to share this experience with you and your family.

It starts with the dough. Three days ahead of time we start by making the dough. When dough slowly rises in the refrigerator over several days, it develops incredible flavor, becomes much more elastic, and most importantly, very digestible. Then we find those toppings, and not just any toppings. Sauce made from the finest tomatoes grown at the foot of Mt. Vesuvius in Naples. Whole milk mozzarella, or fresh hand-pulled mozzarella, or goat cheese, or even no cheese at all! Then the most seasonal vegetables and the finest cured meats, and we’re off an running. Choose your toppings and I’ll do the rest. All you’ll need is a couple of baking stones or baking steels, a nice pizza peel, and your imagination. Pizza night is a fun monthly (or more frequent) meal that we can add to your busy schedule and have lots of fun doing it. This is a great night to invite guests over and enjoy yourself while I make sure that pie after pie is flying out of the oven and onto your table. Let’s do this!!!
